   The base plate are made of nickel silver.
Exact 1959 P.A.F. replica humbucker cover is based on a 3D scan of an original 1959 P.A.F. cover.  All original grinding and polishing techniques were used to achieve the same look as the originals. No copper layer under the plating. 
The bobbins are made from the butyrate, as bobbins from the 50s.
